These terms govern your use of SereneRhythm Clay Collective and participation in our studio experiences.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing products, or enrolling in any class or workshop at SereneRhythm Clay Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Class Enrollment and Payments
All class registrations are subject to availability. Full payment is required at time of booking. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor stated rates.
Group discounts and gift certificates are non-transferable and valid for one year from purchase date.
3. Studio Rules and Conduct
Participants must arrive 10 minutes before class start. Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing that can get dirty are required. Long hair must be tied back. No food or drink is permitted in the wheel room.
Maintain quiet during guided demonstrations and help keep communal tools clean.
Follow all instructor guidance when using pottery wheels, kilns, and sharp tools.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before a class receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may receive a studio credit for future use at 50% value. No-shows receive no refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or instructor emergencies; full refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Liability and Safety
SereneRhythm Clay Collective is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on the premises except where caused by gross negligence. Participants assume all risk associated with pottery activities. We strongly encourage you to carry your own insurance for personal belongings and projects.
6. Intellectual Property
Finished works created during classes remain your property. However, we may photograph and use images of your work for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. Studio branding, class materials, and online content are the exclusive property of SereneRhythm Clay Collective.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Major revisions will be posted with a revised effective date at the top of this page.
